Hard to put on
Love these boots and thought they would be easy to put on with the tab at the back. Due to arthritis I choose shoes that help me with this. Sadly, i found these boots impossible to put on so had to return them.

The customer service helped me promptly when I encountered a technical glitch while trying to log my exchange. I found the boots run a bit tight width-wise for my wide, thick feet hence needed to exchange for one size larger.

I absolutely loved these boots when they arrived but there was no way I was going to able to squeeze my foot into them. They’d be amazing for women with very narrow feet but not even close to being wide enough for mine.
