To be honest I’ve worn these backless sneakers only twice sine I got them . Summer in Australia for me generally means Birkenstocks, and so far that’s been pretty much it . But I wanted a pair of sneakers, I didn’t fancy anything heavy I wanted something summery easy to get on or off and these fitted the bill. The raffia effect is subtle the fabric edge is pretty and the slip on style is comfortable and convenient. They don’t feel overly tight but the laces make them adjustable. The styling is simple and not the usual chucks vans or supergra I’m assuming I’ll wear them more as the weather cools down.
