Shipping Information

Orders placed prior to 2pm AEDT will be shipped same day from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.

Please be aware that there may be a slight delay during the Black Friday sale period.

Postage Costs:

Standard delivery within Australia and to NZ: $10

Standard delivery within Australia and to NZ for orders over $99: Free

Express shipping within Australia and to NZ: $15

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with Kedsustralia.com.au, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please contact hello@kedsaustralia.com.au.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number which will work on both the Australia and New Zealand Post websites.

Cancelling Orders

At Keds, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
