We are moving warehouse! Any orders placed between 9th and 16th October 2024 may experience delays of up to one week. We appreciate your patience during the transition.

Postage Costs:

Standard delivery within Australia and to NZ: $10

Standard delivery within Australia and to NZ for orders over $99: Free

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with Kedsustralia.com.au, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please contact hello@kedsaustralia.com.au.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number which will work on both the Australia and New Zealand Post websites.

Cancelling Orders

At Keds, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
