Shipping Information
Most orders placed prior to 2pm AEDT will be shipped same day from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.

Standard delivery within Australia: $11.99
Standard delivery to New Zealand: $15
Express shipping within Australia: $15
Express shipping to New Zealand: $20
Standard delivery within Australia over $100: Free
Standard delivery to New Zealand over $150: Free

Order Status and Tracking
Order Confirmation
When you place an order with Kedsustralia.com.au, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please contact hello@kedsaustralia.com.au.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number which will work on both the Australia and New Zealand Post websites.
Cancelling Orders
At Keds, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
