Shipping Information

Update 10th May 2022: Our warehouse is dealing with reduced staff and higher than usual volumes. Please allow up to 4 business days from invoice date for your order to be picked and packed, including Express Post. Once your shoes are packed, they are handed over to Australia Post.  

Please note that shipping times, particularly to New Zealand are longer than normal due to higher volumes and reduced air traffic. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information regarding standard postage times.

Postage Costs:

Standard delivery within Australia: Free

Standard delivery to New Zealand: Free

Express Shipping within Australia: $15

Express Shipping to New Zealand: $15

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with Kedsustralia.com.au, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email please contact hello@kedsau.com.au.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number which will work on both the Australia and New Zealand Post websites.

Cancelling Orders

At Keds, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
