Shipping Information

Our warehouse aims to pick and pack orders within 2-3 business days. Express orders placed before 11am AEST will be sent out the same business day.

Postage Costs:

Standard delivery within Australia and to NZ: $10

Standard delivery within Australia and to NZ for orders over $99: Free

Express Shipping within Australia and to NZ: $15. If ordered before 11am AEST on Victorian business days, order will be dispatched same day.

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with Kedsustralia.com.au, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please contact hello@kedsau.com.au.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number which will work on both the Australia and New Zealand Post websites.

Cancelling Orders

At Keds, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
